Nice, what glue are you using for the wood to metal joints?

Hysol. Probably the E-90 since it's gray. I have several types though. I'll post some close up photos.

Some rear window area work today.

Tony, it is actually Hysol 9460. I mix small amounts in a mini mixing cup.

I finally cut the cross member in the door area away. I left it there during the fuse assembly to help keep everything rigid and square.

A look at how I attached some of the wood dowel to metal tubing. I put a screw deep into the wood but left an inch or less sticking out to protrude into the steel tubing and buried it in Hysol. Cutting the cross member away shows the screw.

More cabin work. There are several dowels or tubes to fit in to the cabin framing area.

Blew out one dowel and realized I should be using a 4 flute end mill vs a 2 flute.

2 flute vs 4 flute.

Sanding until a dowel fits.
