One style of plane I have been having fun with are the Ultrasticks with the quad flaps you can get some 3D ability and still have the ability to do some bush maneuvers, especially in crow under power.

Bigfoot is fun for being able to point the nose down and do a "tactical" approach and take off at 75 degrees up nose.

Try some spoilerons with your bush planes with flaps down and get the thing to slow down even more as you reduce the tip stall speed.

I live in South Western, PA. Hopefully moving to AZ in mid summer. Just an intermediate pilot looking to get into 3D. I currently have a new 40cc twin that I was going to put into a Bigfoot but my interests have changed. If I cant find something to put it in, I will sell it and get a larger motor.
I am looking at the Edge 74" but I really like the Edge 92"

Arizona? Moving in the summer too... Wow that's crazy! I was born and raised there. You couldn't pay me to move back. It's so dang hot and when people get hot they get cranky and when people get cranky they get angry and when people get angry they move to Oregon. LOL

EF has an 88 Edge that's amazing as well.

Not much lately, I'm taking night classes to get my master's degree and only made it out twice this year. I have an Aeroworks Extra 260 with a DA85 and Santa just dropped off a 3DHS Velox. I plan to go light with a DLE20 for power.

Did the night classes for my masters too. Just finished this spring. Very happy to be done, very rewarding feeling.

June 17th is my last night of class, not that I'm keeping track. The extra hard work is already paying off with a recent promotion but I'm ready to be done. Every study break I'm at my work bench working on the Velox or getting some stick time on real flight.
