Trial and hopefully no error LOL I could have gone bigger, but didn't want to over do it, I suppose time will tell, also will program flaperons, a small amount with down elevator,

Would you lean towards the smaller side of spoilers? Overdoing would be the error part of trial and error I would think.

Yes that's exactly what I did , initially I was going to make them bigger but decided smaller is safer

here is the installation of the spoiler and servo, with a short video on its operation

bottom skin now on and glued, and just now I glued the trailing edge , tomorrow the leading edge, once glue dried , and leading edge and trailing edge shaped properly, then measure 10 times cut once the aileron, then the work starts on leading and trailing edge for aileron ,

finally got the aileron rough cut,
