IMAC Scratch build Laser 200

Like the wheels, but did you print the tiers as well.

Yes the tires were printed with TPU filament which is a derivative of polyurethane, , I have been flying a camera platform 25% cub all summer with printed wheels and tires , with absolutely no problems at all, but I did insert a brass insert for the axle
 
some updates, 3D printed smooth flight platform, in the underside, and 3D printed battery component

Now that the wing has been sheeted to one side, before the top side can be sheeted, a lot of work has to be done , so the top spar has been added , and the holes in the 3 ribs for the aluminum tube socket has been hot wired but it still has to be sanded and enlarge while doing this, to make sure the fiber glass socket, I am making fits in as well , the photos should be self explanatory .

trial fitting the wings, all well , so keep working
I have to tell you all, something that is helping a lot in our cold weather here which already started, and we mentioned this before about a mini split in my shop and the house, well I added a fantastic inexpensive unit call a sensibo Sensibo.com what it is is I can control every aspect of the mini split , fan, temperature, heat or cold, and fully schedule for the whole week if I want and easily override it in the comfort of your home computer or your smartphone.

shear webs all done, wing retaining studs done , root plywood rib done, and after preparing for the pitot tube , the top balsa sheeting is ready to be applied

You will notice also the double working surface, which can be removed, but at this height is more comfortable for such work as today,

How thick is the airfoil? The tip looks pretty fat?
I will take measurements, once in the shop, but they are not as fat as they seem with the photos, I assure you.

The plans I am using are for hard core 3D, which of course I don't do any 3D, but the wings although same wingspan as my last Laser, have a bigger cord both at the root and tip, and are thicker also , for me this was what I was looking for since it has more drag, but also more lift hence the spoilers, so lower landing speed, also with the thicker airfoil all around, the means a much stronger wing, the ailerons are huge on the drawings but I have modified them to be a bit smaller chord wise, since I fly IMAC style , no not competitive, just because I like it and keeps my fingers on the sticks in good shape, also the air frame is longer then my last one being both wingspan of 96 inches and a length of 98 inches. The whole structure is stronger in design then the last one I had mostly around the landing gear which was a weak point on the last one.
 
Here is the wing in a different view but no leading edge yet , without being complete with leading edge and trailing edge, the tip would look a bit fat.
