Go to a semi trailer repair place you can get 4x10 powered coated al sheets for about 80-85 dollars Go to a semi truck chrome shop to get some pretty cheap led lights

That is pretty much what I was planning for mine as well. I stopped by a custom trailer manufacturer the other day. They have the plywood panels already coated with a vinyl covering ready to install. I think I will pick those up and install them after all my electrical is ran. Then like you, build all the cabinetry up front. Plan to build cabinets below and above the middle section. I will leave an open area between for a charge station. I really don't have much to do this winter, so my plan is to work on the trailer during that time. Between snow storms that is. LOL

My 6x12 V nose. Wire closet shelf and 12 foot LED strips down either side. Foil backed foam insulation and luan in the ceiling, 3/8 plywood walls. Painted the floor with Rustoleum epoxy. Next project is lightweight shelf across the v-nose section.

Pulling wire for my 110 outlets.. it is actually sleeping put side. . temp is about 34 outside and with a buddy heater or a 1500 watt radiator heater I can work in trailer in just a t shirt very comfortablely... so I will no be insulating the walls will just insulate the roof and put on a roof coating
