The trick I've learned is you need to get the oil as hot as possible and then atomize it the best you can into the Mufflers, then play with the speed of the pump to get the most smoke with the least mess.



Here are some pics of my current preheaters, this is an ever changing design as I'm looking for the best way to do it. The next evolution is I have devised a way to get the preheaters inside the muffler and do a better job of atomizing the oil. When I get them made I'll post some pics of them!!

Thought about doing something like that. But never really saw how much better it really worked? Got any comparision pics

Yes, they aren't the greatest pictures. I need to make a friend who is a good photographer lol!!



Anyway first pics are before the pre heaters and on Super Dri oil, second is with pre heaters and on Aero Cumulus.
