Well the pocket hine sample construction was a success. I've been thinking about this for some time and it's cool to see it come to life. Even though this was a sample run that will never be on an airplane it was worth it to do a full working sample. Few details to change on the CAD files and Ill be ready to cut working parts for the real plane. Looks like foam will be here this week so I'll probably hit the sheeting and foam work hard later in the week.

No bigger trailer, sorry. I remember when I bought that big Wild Hare from you as my first 40%'er and I loved the clean lines and the way the pocket hinges performed. This will be very cool to replicate that in one of my own planes!!

Oh, and yes....rock paper scissors pretty much sums it up most days.

Sure came out nice Terry! Do you plan on reinforcing the wing sheeting overhang (that covers the gap)....maybe some balsa tri-stock under each? On my Krill, those overhangs (which are fiberglass) can be fragile .....don't ask how I know
