well what events is everyone at this weekend.. the Kennett Crew and I are at our club next door at there annual spring flyin.... few of us go here to night didn't do any flying was mostly getting camp set up for tomorrow.. will post some pics tomorrow

Club funfly tomorrow. Expecting really nice weather so the flightline should be busy. Taking the Yak out today to get more familiar with it.

View attachment 35308Played hooky from work today and headed out to the flying field. Light winds, blue skies and beautiful outside. Mowed the grass areas and flew. My decathlon muffler came loose AGAIN and the motor died at the absolute worse place it could (end of runway). Low, slow and no hope of getting back to the runway so I kept it straight and rode it into the tall grass. Ripped the gear out. Fixable. But this muffler is beginning to piss me off.

Just saw this! Super bummer! make sure to post this in the DLE35RA Muffler Bolts thread too, with what you tried and what happened. Might help some folks in the future.
