So that happened. No damage other than breaking the motor mount though. Will get the video uploaded tomorrow night when I'm on free internet.

Yup been there done that. More than once. The first time it happened was the very first time I flew an RC plane. I parked a foamie at the top of the tallest tree in the county and that tree was at the top of the tallest hill in the county. My Uncle Bill ran home and grabbed one of his large catfishing poles. We tied a large sinker on the line and after many tries he finally managed to snag that baby and jerked it down. Aitframe was a total lose but at least we were able to salvage all the running gear.

I. Went out flying for the fist time this year with an electricSport cub with floats on it, had a great time. My grandson took a few photo's and video, the video was not so great. He was having a hard time keeping the plane in the frame LOL! but he did OK
