Just a little playing around. @Shayne Epley and myself with out Pilot Edge 540's. I think he has me on the landing sequence. LOL.....

Went out tonight and got 2 flights on the 42 center and 4 flights on the Extra. Turned out to be a really nice night for flying. We will see what mother nature has in store for us tomorrow and hopefully get some more flying in. One thing for sure, I have to get the canisters on the Extra! When I fired up the Edge I couldn't believe how quiet it was. It sure was nice compared to the Extra with the stock mufflers.

I trust you had as much fun as we did that last couple of days. I totally had a great day with the 260. Bet that 42 center Edge was haulin' the mail today huh Mark?

@stangflyer Nice flights guy's that is my favorite way to land in the wind. FYI here is what I add to all my biggies. I call it my Rudder skid plate, or spark arrestor, sure saves on covering and rudder repair, works great and when it gets worn out I make another, and go out and drag it down

Went to Florida Jets Friday to watch. Right off the bat I'm 60 ft from a Fire Ball that hit next to a flight station. Very sad to see a guy be hauled off in a ambulance, hope his burns are not to bad. Pray he recovers quickly.

I saw the burns and he will be fine in a few weeks. Yeah it sucks someone got hurt, but that's the inherent risk we take when we send something into the air (especially with fuel onboard). Just have to be extra careful and make sure you run through your preflights meticulously, and stick to a routine maintenance schedule, particularly with jets.
