Is this thread dead or not anyway I will use it.
Once again it is still raining hard, and this is now 2 weeks in a row. And the forecast is not good. Once all this drys up it is going take a lot of work to mow the grass it is long and thick.

Look at it this way, at least it isn't what you had pretty much exactly seven months ago. Just think, pretty much five months from now you'll be close to flying season.

Sorry but I am not ready to stop flying yet, i have had such a good time flying this year and do not want to give it up yet.

That's the spirit. Don't ever let Mother Nature stop you from enjoying yourself. Do as I do. If the wind starts coming up? Take a bigger plane. It is starts to rain? Put your rain suit on. And if it begins to snow? Every plane can be fitted with skis. LOL. Every time I show a little defiance

to the weather at hand, she gives up and takes her storms elsewhere.

I actually pulled out my skies for my plane this morning and was just checking them over and seeing if they needed any maintenance before I start to mount them later on the week. You always have to be prepared.
