Got all the electronics back in. And got the canopy glued up. How do you clamp your canopy.[emoji12]

I got brand new never used wheel pants for that air frame except they are red silver black ( silver where yellow should be).
If you need em let me know. They were for a 35% 330L.

I've been doing a heart transplant on my 91" EF Extra for the last couple of nights. Just need to install the throttle servo and test it out.

Dug out a 20 year old YS 61S and decided to get it ready for a pipe. The test bed will be radio controlled and of course have telemetry RPM . It will simply fit over a 2x4 on a saw horse. Ahhh The memories of Nitro...... It will get tricked with paint and some YS OS stickers.

Just need to make and install the throttle servo mount and linkage. Individual motor adaptors are fabricated and held in place with four 1/4-20 x 3/4" socket caps. Four 8-32 x 1.5" ss hex heads and nylock nuts hold the 60-160 class engines to the adaptors. Something about sanded plywood beauty so satin urethane is the finish.
Will be testing engines and header lengths in no time! To me it is nice to break the gasser cycle just every so often and refresh that Nostalgic feeling that got me so excited about model engines and planes. No telemetry or radio control but it does take a battery!lol

First I removed a door and framed it up to give me some more wall space in the shop. The. I broke out the brand spanking new KREG jig my wife bought me for Christmas and built me a storage unit. It has 24 (5"x5") squares to store stuff in. Then I went in the back yard loaded up all the scraps of ply and 2x4's I have been holding onto forever and prolly never gonna use into my burn barrel. Still watching it burn as I type.
