Well my buddy Mr. Herb finally got the itch for a gasser, gonna start him out with a 20cc first, if he likes it,we'll assemble the 30cc Escapade next. I've got 2 .60 Escapades, one with 60 or 70 flights on it, and the other was a back up (both Electric). Take the back up air frame and transplant a DLE 20 on it, and sell the rimfire.80, and Ice100 off the back up, should be a fun little project.

FINALLY got to maiden my 30cc size GMP GeeBee R3. Only real issues were the tailwheel tiller arm wasn't strong enough to keep it straight, and the rudder was reversed (note, preflight from BACK of plane ;)) Flew good, just have to tweak CG and check lateral balance as the stalls would drop a wing hard. A little side-slipping as it flew, I'm guessing the big wheel pants may be just slightly off straight. Got this at Toledo 2013, so very happy to finally get this bird done!

Well the fun ended quickly, it was difficult to find a mount that would work, but after modifying a mount I had it seemed to work. Got some 5645's installed in wings, and engine test fit, should finish her up next couple nights.
