That looks like a fun little bird Chris.

It should be. Gonna try it on both 3S and 4S lipo setup but think I will like the 4S setup the best. Already have the 27" wingspan version flying and its a hoot. Got the 60" in the box on the shelf and a 50" version kit on the way.

Which kit is it for the 3S/4S? And what motor/esc combo you using?

Hey bud if you look at this thread it is the build thread the designer did for it.

This is the thread where the Kit cutter (Zamfir) took orders for it. He had just finished the kit run for it but you could PM him and ask if he had any left over kits. Mine isn't a kit as I bought a set of plans from the designer.

As for set up this is what I'm using.
MOTOR http://www.valuehobby.com/power-sys...nner-airplane/g15-lc3542-920kv-outrunner.html
ESC http://www.valuehobby.com/power-sys...irplane-heli-esc/hobbywing-skywalker-50a.html
On 3S im running 2200mah 30C lipos turning a 13x6.5 APC prop. Not sure its gonna have the power I want as I was only getting 447 watts at 37 amps.
On 4S im running 2200mah 30C lipo turning a 12x6 APC prop. was getting 576 watts at 45 amps on this setup. The designer recommends a setup pulling 500-600 watts. I think the 3S setup will pull it around just fine but wont have ballistic power when pulling out of a hover and what not.

Wasn't IN the workshop, but picked up a new-to-me airplane hauler. 6x12 :)

Need to get back down in my shop and keep tidying it up before someone else puts more junk down there

Thinking about re-doing my shelving system, as in removing them from their current location and fitting them elsewhere since they are placed ontop of a counter top, occupying valuable space...
