Got the stretched chassis installed. That body was an experiment with printing graphics in reverse on clear vinyl so they can be put on the inside of the body. I got another body, that one will have graphics install and paintend to look just like the KEG truck.

Lets see, over the last few days...
- Crashed my AJ Laser 56" on the first flight at a club I was visiting in my new home of Raleigh. The left aileron servo (5087MH) went bad w/ only 30-ish flights on it. Front is crunched pretty good, rest is ok.
- Finished LG strengthening mods to my new EF 48" Edge. My 48" Extra kept failing here and a friend did this mod which has held up very well.
- Finally started work on my 93" AJ Laser. 6 full months after I got it.

@Decal Dennis , nice looking truck! my son's friend is bring a nitro truck over this week for an engine overhaul, lucky me, right? :)

@HornetNZ Carnage! Bummer!

Restored the landing gear area to look more like the plans design and epoxied new landing gear stress plates in. Also trued up the fuselage sides and verified the alignment of everything is good so we're ready to put a new landing gear plate in and get the firewall fwd. back in place. Also going to put a couple of 3/4" spruce straps across the damaged area to keep it all tied together and may move the firewall back 3/8" to get into fresh plywood for a stronger joint, not sure yet but it's moving along!

Made some progress on the repair/upgrade of the Extra over the weekend. Ready to get some covering on and then on to pulling the smart-fly out and putting the dual rx's, regulators and IM-22 v2 Intellimatch box in place. Had a little gap that I filled with filler rather than trying to cut a whole new piece. Structurally there is nothing lost as there is a stringer mid way to the fuse and as you can see I have braces on both sides where it is glued in very well :)
