That really did not answer my question so I was sitting here studying them, and for some time at that, when it hit me like a Mac! Dumb ass, they are landing gear yet to be bent..
Some days, sheesh..

Yes you are correct still need to bend them to fit the fuselage and the wheels. Not tomorrow because i have something to do but hopefully Saturday I will get them bent up just have to make wooden clamp to bend it to at the right radios.

Looked the power tool up I do not believe it can cur a strip say 1 1/4 wide 18 inches long off a sheet. Or am I wrong never used one of them.

Got my buddies P-38 just about finished. Assembly was easy peasy but the wire management and radio install with the gyro was a bit challenging. Keeping enough room for ease of battery change outs and component placement and still being able to put the canopy on was not a picnic. At one point I wanted to take a portable band saw to it lol. Yes I had those on the trucks too when I had my A/C business. Great tool. Ordered 6 extensions so the Aura8 can get plugged up. A couple of things were missing from this kit. The servo extensions and the two mounts that hold the fuel tanks on under the wing.

I agree with all of you it looks like a great tool but as said I belive that it is not possible to cut a long slice of a sheet of aluminum, and it can cut stuff up 5 inches in diameter or something like that. But like I was doing was cutting aluminum strip of a sheet of aluminum to make landing gear .
Please tell me I am wrong because my left arm is killing me from using a hack saw to cut out landing gear for my plane. Cut more than 48 inches in length to make the landing gear and would not like to do that again.

That's how I learned about them, from an electrician buddy of mine, that and a Wells saw horizontal band saw.
I made some tools a few years ago for the club for pushing in 6 inch staples into a fabric runway. I built 4 of them that you could use standing up and not have to kneel on you prayer bones all day. I borrowed a Milwaukee Porta-Band from my buddy and cut all the parts in minutes. Huge time saver.
