I just did a size comparison of your nose gear block. Wow, this is actually going to be a fairly decent sized flying wing isn't it Snoops? Very cool.

DON'T LIKE BUTTON X49 times. Grrrr...that would piss me off.
Sorry for the delay could not make up my mind on how I wanted to finish the wing tips but right now it’s 1/8 shy of 60 inches. Depending on how it is done it could be up to 65 inches

Holy smokes. You are going deep into the dlg’s! Can you find thermals in the snow?

Where I flew today all the snow was gone but it’s my understanding that it’s pretty easy to find them in the snow around here at least where the temps are changing so often. And yes getting deep into them. This makes 3 in the hangar currently. Don’t get me wrong I still love 3D but it’s one hell of a rush when you find lift and climb out good turning the plane into a tiny speck.

Interesting... I really need to put my little DLG together and search for some rising air. I've always loved the concept of unpowered sustained flight. Pretty neat. Watched a guy in Hawaii fly a little foam powered glider above the trees, kill the power, and up up up up up up up up up up up it went into a little speck! So I brought a powered glider and took it over there the next time I went. Did the same thing! Lots of fun, although now with the FAA... urrrg.
