Couple of left over steaks from tonight, maybe the kids will find them after hunger pushes them away from their PlayStation.
Most of a bag of charcoal then lots of oak pieces until the grates glowed red. 3 minutes then 2 minutes then sit for 5 while the sweet potatoes finish. I like my steaks kosher salted for 30 and room temp before they hit the grill.
The slightest hint of red inside full pink meat, they made our mouths water before we bit in.

You forgot to install the red LED lights then you my reach 250 mph.Installed a dummy afterburner on my Avanti S. Now it going to do 200mph!!!!!!
