Mounted the ZDZ-180 on the Red 330LX. Also mounted the throttle and choke servo trays, glued in the fuel tank tray and the rails for the plate to block off the carb area from the rest of the fuse 6S lipos make great weights for keeping things in place until the epoxy cures!

Glued up hinges for my 93" AJ repair.

Pops n I went to a swap meet this morning. I swear! These people get cheaper and cheaper when it comes to this stuff. I basically "give" away a box of glow engines for $120. Mind you this.... There wasnt 4 engines in that box. Try 25, including a rear exhause YS 61 2 stroke, several G21 Super Tiger 46s, Fox, Enya and MDS engines. I got screwed with no lube.

Noone looked at the stuff I brought in to sell... They all want glow stuff, for dirt cheap....

Around here you can hardly give them away. The last two swap meets I went to had glow engines in boxes and the folks could not even sell them. Didn't really matter what kind they were. For the most part glow is gone around this area. I sold off what I could a few years ago and gave the rest away.

I still collect YS 60/61's for my classic pattern planes. A good/nib .60 will fetch a premium on Ebay.

I think things are "cyclic" on what goes in and through our shops for the most part. Big gas planes are still tops for me but cant afford it right now. A couple of electrics will do my bidding for now. Do have a YS DZ 70 practically new in box. Sold all of my other YS engines. David...I hope you get that 61 Running ok.

Did get a battery mounting system made and installed last couple of evenings. It should be able to secure the 5000ma packs as well. Simple "strong back" design.

I haven't given up on the YS yet. I may pull it back out in the Spring and give it another go.

That sure is a slick battery holder you made there. . . . .
