You simply cannot beat it when the bags drip grease all over the place and you gotta have a towel just to keep the grease from running everywhere. Reminds me of good old country cooking.View attachment 101673
How’s this for a cheese burger?? Don’t have them out east so while in Arizona we decided to try one out. Still doesn’t compare to a five guys burger but was pretty tasty.

We finally got a 5 guys down here. Pretty darn close to a home made fried up bacon cheese . I vote for the home made though cuz it costs less to do. Almost 20 bucks for a DBL BCN CHS all the way LG FR LG DR at 5 guys. For 20 bucks I can do that x4 at home.
But IMHO nothing beats a Bacon cheese done up on the back yard grill that smokes up really good. Get that nice dark grey then redish pink char circling the beef patty. HOT juicy tender beef center. Damn I'm hungry!.
I use both. Like both. Monocote is a bit strange as when you heat it to shrink it almost gets more loose then as it cools tightens up. That has been my experience anyway. I use an iron at about 280 degreees to put it down. Trim solvent works well to seal edges, but don’t use it alone to place trim, otherwise you will place it once and it will be there permanently. I use a combination of trim solvent and windex for trimming.[/QUOT

Could you please explane a little more about when you use Trim solvent and to use windex.
This illegal it is bloody cold up here and talking about a nice big hamburger on the grill should not be allowed. Now I really feel like a hamburger and it 1 am in the morning as well.
