Just like I said before he is working on a museum piece. By the time he is finished he will not dare to fly itThey should hold fine. Will see when it flies if the time spent pays off. Must have spent 8 hours or so just working on the door and window. I use two magnets per location. There are four total on the door and two in the window. And they are very strong magnets. Cobalt I believe. I also put on a new hinge system for the window and installed it so it affords resistance and stays put in any position. The trick was to get it so there is no "spring back" from the hinges being folded over when closed. Having to do all this so it "mimics" a real Cub on the inside too. I don't know how well it will turn out but this picture is my "template" to follow. My color and sheen will be a satin red and flat black. The foot plates and pedals on mine will be a tad back because of ignition and engine servos. There will also be a false bulk head that will have the end of a scale looking gas tank attached covering the end of the engines gas tank.
