The receiver does nothing except turn the SCR on or off . You have to have a separate battery . If it does the trick for you I will send it to you.
See the above post. But thanks for the offer. Who make's the one you have?

Well I'll be a son of a gun. I have been using every term I can think of and came across Pico switches at my somewhat local hobby shop, Graves. I clicked two into the cart, it said available, I clicked purchase. Bam!!!
I have seen a number of what I call no name switches and not sure I would trust them, these Dimension Engineering Pico switches are nearly bullet proof.

Dimension Engineering is good stuff!

That is why I wanted theirs, been using their stuff for a long time and never had any issue what so ever. Other than the current being out of stock but a lot of places are like that right now.

I do not have to many big planes a couple of 100cc planes and one 150cc . Remember trying to balance them was not fun, and it is all most a two man job. So that is why I decided to do some homework and see if I can do it a better way. Thanks for the information.
Ok you do not have to spill all the info on the new plane but at least the size.
I just got confirmation that the 150cc is definitely a done deal. So I will tell you it is a Aeroworks 150cc Ultimate, w.s. of 94". The pic is of one off the web.

Wow nice plane that is a surprise I would put money that it would be EHMW plane . This does saves a lot of time and money and more than likely fly just as good. Be interesting to see how it all works out and how you like it. I have two Aeroworks and like the planes and they do fly well.

Also will be picking up a 3W 150 Sunday to go in it. I know it is a little old but Gerhard gave it a good bill of health and said it could still be repaired if the need arose, should suit the AW real well.
Sounds like you have almost everything you need to have the plane in the air for the spring. And @stangflyer will be proud of buying a 3W. Look forward to see you getting the plane to your standard and ready for flight.

If I were to get back in the really big stuff I would look for the good ol' "Work-Horse" too ;).

I did order up a new DLE35RA with Bowman ring for your old Cub. It should be a bit more responsive with it :).

I got my combo "shop table test bed" outdoors today and gave the old DL50 a few flips. Viola! New A02 ignition works perfect :).

However.

Whilst shaking down the engine and fuse all the servo arm screws came loose :concern:. Appears the 23T spline wheels I used to make my arms are way to soft of material. So I be going to hunt down some SWB or H9 arms with a 23T spline.
