If I wasn't too lazy to assemble a biplane at the field I'd own one of those.
Is it the amount of time it takes to assemble or just the effort to do it. For me I think when I arrive I would like to fly as soon as possible but after I get my first flight in it some times take me over a half an hour before I fly again. It also depends on who is there and if someone has brought something of interest.
I have two of his planes and they are excellent flying machines. Maybe a third one will be ok.

I concur. A friend of mine at the Rolla field use to have a 100cc Beast. I helped him assemble it one morning at the field. By the time it was together, we were both too wore out to fly. He sold it shortly after that.

The reason I never got a bipe. I flew a couple of friends larger bipes and they do fly great but 30 minutes of setup and breakdown time is just too much when many days I'm only going out to the field for a couple of hours to begin with.

Sounds like Skywing needs to come out with Bipe! LOL I love how fast I can put my 91" ARS together. It takes me longer to hand crank my fuel into the tank... maybe I should finally get an electric pump.

The Krill Ultimate isn't too hard to assemble, but of course I'm not the one doing it, I'm just a spectator.

Looking at the manual for the new Flex Mamba 120, I’ll bet the assembly time is half that of my Python 100, which is the same as the Hangar 9 Beast 100.

Fewer screws, easier access and really slick pins for the I-struts.

Making progress on the new stabilizers. The elevators are cut off and starting to finish them. Made a cut out for the horn block to attach to. Just have to be patient for the glue to set and then it can be cleaned up and sanded. Then all the edges can be covered and finished.

What is the thickness of the sheeting? And will this be glassed, film covered, or other?

Not sure how many hours between yesterday and today, but quite a few.
Anyway, the wiring is finished, and I’m actually pleased with it this time.
Not perfect by any means, but much better than before.
