Made a start this morning cutting all the parts out looks like I will have to do some sanding to make it all fit together properly just checked a couple and it needs some work but time will tell how much.

Ok just a question to all the warbird builders which warbird is the best one to start off with. Looking at something that going to fit a Da100. Any suggestions is appreciated.

Looking for something to fit a DA100 means 1/4 with a round cowling.
Didn’t see anything that large with Ziroli, but did find a few with Bates.

Not having any experience with this kit manufacturer, but seeing and reading good things about them, and I really like the FW 190.

Probably committing a cardinal sin slapping an Eflite motor into an Extreme Flight airframe but it’s what I got. Now to sell some stuff to afford servos for it.

Well made so progress got the fuselage jigged together no glue. Took quite a bit of work to get everything to fit nicely and tight. So got some minor things to fix. Then it will be glued together, hopefully I have not forgotten to do something.

Well, I decided to use CA hinges. Getting everything mocked up and threw my gear inside and weighed it. Turns out she’s heavier than I was hoping. I’m guessing RTF at 0.8lbs or about 14oz. The original ridge runt was RTF 18-22oz so who knows! She’s 50”

Anybody else having problems with GSN today? It was offline for a while and now it looks completely different and has annoying drop down and pop up ads :-/ Tried it on Chrome and Safari and it’s the same.
