Scale Tom's P-47 and Fokker D-VII update thread

"You are never finished with a scale model you just stop working on it." This is what I was told the first time I said that I was finished with the P-47. They weren't kidding.



Since then I almost completely redone the P-47. New Engine Swapped out the retracts form air to electric. The rebuild of the belly when I bellied it in the corn field. All this has been done since the original proclamation. Since I'm no longer supporting a certain other site and some of my friends are already here. I decided to continue things here to help get the scale end going on GSN.

For those that are looking in for the first time. Here is the Top Flite P-47 built from a kit. And the Fokker D-VII built from a Balsa USA kit. The Fokker is on the Agenda for next Week We are getting it Ready for the Hoosier Dawn Patrol. Expect pictures and maybe some Video in the next two weeks.

It's great ot see those pictures again. John is a great photographer. Post your updates here when you get ready, so it's easyer to keep in touch. Just like the olsd days.

I don't know but I'm glad youre here Doug. Let me know what you figure out. So far if you post in a thread it don't automaticly subscribe you like it did on some sites.
