I ordered from. Got two servos that drop dead on me after putting it all together. I tried calling and emailing them for two weeks and still haven't gotten a return phone call or email...I think they suck I the customer service department

That is strange - exactly opposite to my experience - 6 airframes with electronics and dozens of spares and lipos.

Wow that's really weird Viperstang! I've been very happy with my experiences and am actually building a TH Crack Pitts now. I ordered on Thursday and everything got to me packaged perfectly and in great working order by Monday and I'm clear across the country in Oregon! Take Twisted Realm up on his offer. He's a good guy!

Me too. Great experiences with TH. As a matter of fact I'd like to take this time to thank Brad for his prompt responses. I sometimes wonder if the guys from all the places I make regular inquires think I'm a PITA with all my questions. I have yet to have a problem with any on line business and I buy a lot from many companies.

Which servos, BTW?

Hi again....I sent him a PM. Hopefully we can get it cleared up...I definitely love the kit and the instructions. I just want to get it fixed so I can fly it...the weather should be clearing up soon...lol
