I don't want to find out which one is being generated in and around my plane so I just don't do it. You can Google RF Noise and find out all you want about RFI.
My method for throttle linkage is neither right nor wrong but the way I do it based on years of experience.
Heck I have even heard of people using Dubro EZ connectors for throttle linkages. Not on any of my planes, but that doesn't make them right or wrong but certainly risky in my book.
I once saw a guy find out how long he could fly at half throttle because his EZ connector on the throttle arm gave out!! It was 25 mins BTW!! I also had a clevis come loose at the throttle arm on the engine. That is why I only use the bolt on 1/4 scale 4-40 ball links!
