3D Vertigo build, any interest in a build?

The system I use is very simple, vacuum pump with bleeder valve and gauge, fuel tubing, 2 mil drop cloth and cheap caulk make the bag. Pump runs continuously while glue is curing set at 5" hg. Pump was bought at flee market 35 years ago, $15. The largest wing was bagged was 8'. Haven't done much foam work lately however

Yes Snoop, that would be a much better idea for me. Actually has me thinking (something I don't do much of

A bit of a story here. I was running my DA70 in my driveway this summer trying to get the darn thing to run right. A young man from just down the road comes up to me to see, said he was a small engine mechanic. After talking to him for a while he asks me where do I fly, I tell him, he stated that he had no idea that there was a club close by. He is 24 years old and flew racing quads. He is very good with them and came in second in the Canadian nats. I invited him out to the field with me to try a plane, I let him fly my funcub. He soloed the second flight! Since that day he has joined the club, gotten his MAAC and bought about six planes! His wife is also going to join up and fly next year as well as a uncle of his. So three new members for our club by running a plane up in my driveway!!
In talking to him about putting weight on my parts he told me that he has bags of pea gravel he was willing to bring down for me. I am going to get him to bring some and do as Snoop has said. My back can not take much more of this!!

Ya, worked out well.
What I did wrong was to sand a slight taper on the bottom of the rudder not thinking of when it goes into the blank/chuck or whatever you want to call it does not match, dumb. I also had to much epoxy on the one skin so I just wiped it onto to the other skin, again, dumb because I forgot the other skin had to be flipped! So I quickly wiped off as much as I could, covered it with wax paper and put the epoxy on the right side. Just gave myself more sanding work. This first piece taught me!

Not quite, but sometimes it feels that way! I flew two days ago and got very cold hands but it was worth it to get some air time! Just flew my little electric planes.
Oct to March is the normal time we say the field is closed but on nice days I go to a friend and fly with floats or ski's in his field. I can't go through withdrawal from planes that long!!
