The opposite of what you expect ordering online. I wanted longer clamps like my 4" clamps (referenced in the photo for size) but I get these huge clamps. Oh well, cheap so I'll live.....

I can't recall how many times I've ordered something off Amazon expecting it to be one size and it's an entirely different size.

Postman dropped off a new FrSky Taranis SE today, going on a self, my current one still works fine, wanted to get one before they are no longer available. A very capable radio for $260. The Radio has Vantac name on it , not Frsky.

I went out and got it myself. Found a replacement Pilot RC Yak as I probably won’t rebuild my last. This is my 4th Pilot Yak….

Interesting was the same colors as my Hanger 9 Sukhoi………..

Goodies for rebuilding a new to me 85” EF Muscle Bipe. Airframe was stripped of usable parts and the original idea was to repurpose the quick attach wing and stab fittings for my Python. After taking a closer look, this model deserves better. I think I can fix it.

Found new in box parts - Cowling, Hatch, Stabs, Spinner, Gear, Gear Leg Fairings, Radial Engine Baffle, Wing Strut Pins. Wing Tubes on the way, along with a few other needed items.

A small bit of repair work needed on wings, center section, and fuselage. Power still to be determined but most likely a 70cc twin. Should be fun!
