What do you use for a stand or a bench for a 100 cc plane. I have had back surgery so to low makes it tuff to work on and to high can't get at it. Let me hear your thought or pics

I'm with you, I cant work on a plane on the floor. To hard on the body for me. So I build a stand close to the Terryscustom design that is shown above. Not as neat and pretty as his but it gets the job done.
Had some back-problems myself, and got a desk from a post office that was shut down. It has electric height adjustment, so I can work all over the plane without having to lean around too much.
I haven't made it to 100cc planes yet (50/60 cc so far) but my solution utilizes a relatively cheap metal saw horse with adjustable legs. I attach a piece of plywood to the top with rare earth magnets. The plywood base has wood brackets that accept various fuselage cradles, from basic cradles to a "Terry's Custom" wing tube saddle. The adjustable saw horse legs allow about 12" adjustment and most of the large hardware chains carry one brand or another. I freely admit I've stolen many ideas from the internet and just adapted them to my situation. Could come up with some pictures if that would help.
That electric height adjustment sounds very very interesting.
