Well I am on the hunt for a new radio. I currently have an Airtronics RDS 8000 and really like it. But I want to upgrade to something with a few more features. There is so much info out there and just when you think you may have decided on something, someone comes along and shoots a hole in that idea. I would...

Today I had the pleasure of flying together with an experienced 3D pilot flying the same plane as me (EF Laser EXP). It's great seeing first hand what the airframe is capable of doing and to get some simple pointers. It gave me a lot of confidence I didn't have before.

Not sure if this is a "build thread" or not, so feel free to move this post to its own spot, Gyro. Got the 72 build underway. I have had about two hours to mess with it so far, so my progress is quite slow. Holes cut into the fuse, elevator and rudder horn slots cut and dry-fitted. P:S: I have a 92 trader rating on the "other" site

I have 6 7955s with SWB arms that have been mounted but never flown. (2 have never been hooked up to a control surface)

I have some bills coming up and need the money.

These are the latest version and were purchased about a month ago.

Hey Joe. How long do your airframes last with the way you punish them in the sky? I just re-watched one of your 103 extra demo's, and I'm surprised the plane didn't burst into a cloud of balsa at times. Do you ever find yourself making repairs or replacing airframes just from flying them so hard?
