We're welcoming Aerobeez as a legacy advertiser from 3DRCForums. I spent some time speaking with co-owner Ray who has been with the company for six years. Aerobeez is an airframe manufacturer, they use traditional built up balsa and plywood construction.

About two years ago Aerobeez discontinued all of their designs and started over. They're now producing only designs that they've developed and even their schemes are trademarked. A typical ARF will have carbon fiber gear, firewall, wing tubes, tailwheel....all at a competitive price. They're also known to donate products to local fly-ins and contests as prize awards.

Meet Ray from Aerobeez, they're based in southern California

This was a prototype they had at Joe Nall that was being flown by the demo pilots that were there.

@santiago3d92095 and @Kim3D were putting that Extra through its paces. I have never seen or flown a floatier airplane, it's like a foamy, but huge.

Here's a picture of the windstorm that rolled through, for reference that EF banner is normally 90* straight up and down!!

I have a bunch of pictures (not as many as I would have liked to get) that I will post. It was definitely a fun event!!

If I haven't said it already Tanner, nice meeting you.

You can drop your photos here whenever you have time. We'll just keep adding to this thread.

Nice coverage Bart!

Sorry we didn't get the chance to meet. Guess we will have to plan for next year, or some other cool event!

I have to admit I haven't quite found the balance yet between meeting people, promoting the site, covering the event, and having some time to enjoy the event as an attendee/modeler but I'm trying!

We'll cross paths somewhere, sometime. :)
