Keep Savox in mind. I got 6 of the 500 oz./in. servos for $65 ea. on black Friday a couple of years ago and they have worked flawlessly. They won't work on the rudder though because they are too tall.- kwilson

Build looks great so far! If you haven't glassed the canopy hatch yet, I recommend you use at least 3/4 ounce cloth. I used 1/2 ounce and it is starting to crack where the canopy meets the wood. Thanks. We had a great time. I built the plane at zero incidence and thrust, but added about 3/4 degree of down thrust and drooped the ailerons slightly and re-trimmed. I like the way it flies better now so would probably add 1/2 degree of positive to the wing and maybe 1/4 to the stab If I had...- kwilson

I have heard of great results using West Systems epoxy. If you vacuum bag with it, you can lay a small piece (maybe 6" x 12") of light 1/2 oz. fiberglass cloth over the wing tube socket area to help spread that load over a larger portion of the wing skin resulting in a very strong wing with...- kwilson
