    To drain or not?

    I have never ran my gas engines dry only nitros. I use to drain my gas tanks but the tygon seemed harden quicker so I stopped draining my tanks and switched to Viton line in the tanks. I just leave the 1/4 or so tank of gas in there at the end of the day. So far I have only been flying twice...

    I hate to say it but the event has been postponed until the 13th. Due the rain we have had lately and expected rain to come. We have nothing but a dirt road leading into the field plus there is standing water. I hope all can make it out next weekend.

    This thing can be very quick on snaps and rolls and you can lose orientation quick also. But it will slow down pretty good.

    Club flying contest?

    Pass the transmitter. Kinda like hot potato. Fuel the plane, take off, then pass the tx down a line of pilots. Each pilot has to fly for at least 30-45 seconds. When it runs out of fuel the last person has to dead stick the landing.
