    Cover everything separately. Then assemble just like a normal ARF. Sand all tri stock to the same thickness and all surfaces get tri. H stab is fully sheeted to help prevent flexing.

    Think of it this way. When you put on the cap strips you're basically creating an I beam.

    Shouldn't be a big deal. Are those the anti rotation pin holes? The wings are attached with tabs I think. Do your wing mounting tab holes line up?
