    If you look close in the thread and pictures I'm linking you have to pin the ribs not the spar. From what I can tell you have to raise the spar into the slot of the rib. Use a straight edge at the rear of every rib to keep things straight when pinning...

    I've always used a 16oz. Figi tank. Easily get 10 min. No high energy.

    If you're talking about engine mounting, I'm not sure on the EEv2. You might want to PM HazzBro on the probro site as he is the designer or WrongWay. The 50cc has a 1/2'' thick mount and I used 1/4'' thick aluminum angle.

    I would put any splices up in the motor mount/wing saddle area. Also did you get any smaller pieces of glass tube to put inside the main tube to make a splice? If so use epoxy to make the splice.     Yes most straight pieces you will cut yourself. Before gluing formers in I would lay everything out in order. Frame then glue. Also cover entire plan sheet with wax paper or clear plastic wrap. Some like parchment paper but I find it hard to see through. Use T pins to pin everything down.

    I think you can leave them in. They are mainly for alignment. Looks good.

    I would use 30 min. Or longer epoxy for the motor mount area if you're going gas. CA or titebond for the rest will be ok.
