    3W 140 on 100cc Pilot

Having been down the road of over powering a plane, it was fun to have so much power. After many flights I realized that I was now flying the engine and not the wing or the model in its entirety.

    Wheels!

Herve, As a frequent flyer, we usually replace our suitcase wheels with....skate wheels. Wheels on my Travel Pro suitcase are fairly hard, on my second set now. Biggest point of failure usually is the bearings. Dropping the suitcase off the curb getting into the taxi/van does take its toll on...

    Wheels!

I just ordered the Sullivan Skylites. Never used anything but DuBro and have a hard time justifying the $ for other brands. I use wheel pants and I put a small wood block on the axle end epoxied to the wheel pant to keep the wheel pant from cracking. Doesn't look that's possible with either of...

    150-200cc Extra 300SP

I'm using 1.5" arms, pull/pull on rudder. With the 3W-157 up front and push/pull, there is a chance you might be tail heavy. Batteries as far forward as possible will help. I have a DA170 with Re 3's and had to add 4oz. to the motor box for balance. CG is on the center of the wing tube.

    PAU Owners Thread

I've had no problems with mine. First flight out it and it felt like I had been flying it forever. I've owned four PAU models, and all of them excellent flying planes. Sold two, lost one.

How to charge two, two cell packs in a plane.

Charge them in parallel. Get a parallel charge board from Progressive RC . Fairly certain that they work with your charger.

Plane Stand Pro - fuselage stand.

I am looking forward to getting mine together when I get home. I've been working on my garage floor for ages, two car garage but limited storage. (Table saw, lawn mower, back up generator, various garden tools) and my planes are on the floor as well.

Radio brownout - Lost another pair of underwear (and confidence in the plane)

Where is the regulated 5v for the ignition coming from? If you mentioned it, I'm sorry I didn't see it.

    No limitz spinners

Sears and tool stores sell what's called a profile gauge. Google "images for profile gauge". I use one and have cut four Nolimitz with great results. Use the profile gauge over the prop where it crosses the spinner backplate. Transfer that to thick paper such as card stock or use a manila...
