With any luck I'll get the stabs glassed this weekend. I'll post pics as I go.

I'm a couple weeks late, but I finally did start glassing the stabs yesterday. Today I'm planning on doing the tops.

I did the top sides this afternoon. Same technique as I used on the fuselage. Z-Poxy finishing resin and .5 ounce glass cloth. I still need to do the outboard ends and then sand everything and give it all a second coat of resin.

Are you close to paint ready after your second coat? Use a plastic squeegee? Also, how does the weight compare for glass and paint to covering? Looking fantastic BTW!

Are you going to glass the wings. Interested in how you are going to tackle the wings with the open bays.
