Thank you BEN.
Finished the rudder and fin. Came out pretty darn good.
Total weight of the fin is 7 ounces.
I have also weighed the fuselage, it is at 7 pounds.

Ordered 12" wide balsa sheeting, 48 " long. Just arrived today, this means, I can sheet the turtle deck and wings very very soon!!!

I made this servo wire conduit out of balsa sheeting rolled into a tube. There are two brackets that help gold it in place. the total weight of this is 7/8 of an ounce.

Glued the main wing root cap on! Again, this is done with the wing on the fuselage, this ensures no gap between the wing and the fuselage. Now, there may be small gaps between the foam and the cap, but this gets filled in with poly - u glue, and the balsa sheeting will also engage the root cap as well!!

Started to work on one of the wings. I have cut out the servo boxes 1st, then with my assistant, my father in law, we were able to heat up that trusty copper pipe, and we made a perfect tunnel from the root of the wing to the 2 servo boxes!! It came out perfect!!

I am almost ready to sheet the wings. All i have to do now is glue in the hard points for the control horns.

WOW!! Really really impressive.:way_to_go:

The turtle-deck is sheeted. The key here is you do not want the center joint to be at top dead center. SO you have to be creative in how you cut and glue the balsa sheets.

Then, again, be creative in putting it into the shucks.

Before I sheeted one wing, I wanted to make sure that both wings were well aligned, and so would be the phenolic. I used two wing tubes, and looked at them to make sure they were not diverging.
