Send it to me before you do that.

I will say your first plane to learn Edgetx with being a dlg will test you as a dlg just has way more completed programming than a normal plane.
You read my mind lol! I’d already decided yesterday that it’s coming your way if I get totally discussed with it. I can’t even get all four servos to move. Best I’ve managed so far is 3 out of 4. And now one of those is on the wrong channel. I can’t get the elevator servo to budge. I bound it to an old foamie just to make sure the right side gimbal even worked. When I tried the elevator it operated the motor. Glad I didn’t have a prop on it. But at least I know the radio is sending signals.

Might be easier to wipe that model out of the memory and start over.

Here there is a template you can save to your SD card and then open up in the radio and just reassign switches to match your preference. There is also a PDF setup guide for DLG's. very informative.

Look here Mike, templates for DLG in Open/EdgeTX
I have that file except the 4 servo version but for some reason I can’t get it to work on my radio. I’m going to try and download a different version of the edge firmware and try again.

Thanks brother! I'll check them out. I'm about ready to smash this thing with a hammer. :lol2:
I'll second Balsa Dust with a DLG being the hardest to program let alone on a new radio!!

One thing that helped me was the radio has a built in airplane format when you create a new model. I'm running in circles with all the strange formatting as well. I got the MT12 surface radio with ELRS and that has been frustrating as well.

After starting over from scratch for the 3rd time I still only have 3 servos working. But at least they are on the correct channels. Now I just need to get the right side aileron working. Then I can finally center everything and make up my linkage.

I’ve spent hours trying to figure out how to make my throttle trigger on the MT12 work for my little airboat. It’s pulling my hair out. It’ll work from full rev off so the motor goes forward when released and when inverted it’s the other way. I cannot figure out how to recalibrate so the neutral position is normal and goes when the trigger is pulled. Absolutely driving me bonkers.

I feel your pain brother.

I'm making progress. After a full week of playing around with the Pocket, I finally have all for servos moving on the right channels. BUT, the right side aileron only moves in one direction.

I know what that is like, radios can be frustrating, one reason I am sitting on the fence I have mastered most of my needs with my JR but would like to convert to PowerBox. One of the reasons I am holding off is because programming is completely different and nobody around me has one.
