Yep. Happy to clarify. In both cases I am using the epa to get the desired throw. After this part of the setup is finished, I then use the dual rate to lower the travel to take away any binding that might be occurring because the surfaces are stiff. Your process sounds great! The current they are pulling close to center should be very close to the current they are pulling at full deflection. Your's looks to agree with that, plus .18 is a very good number. I'd be happy with that.- flylow3d

Definitely want to check current. It sometimes really is the "silent" killer. About the epa, they should be set to as close to max as possible.
