Just remember to glue back in the wedge you cut out of the fuse :)

You should use 3/8" tristock (like on the rudder) and center it on the back vertical edge of the fuse.

Btw, you can also just make plugs out of balsa and glue them in with a gap filling glue like Gorilla Glue. If you are concerned with strength just double up the back side (inside of the aileron/surface) with another scrap of 3/8" sq. balsa.

I add another 3/8" sq. scrap to double the thickness in the hinge area. Just cheap insurance. Gap looks reasonable. Doesn't have to be perfect just close and even.

No thrust angle needed. Just mount the engine in square and true to the thrust line. Cover everything, trim off carefully where the glue will be , then glue and square it up. If you don't have the manual let know as I can FTP it to you. Mainly now the only thing you have to do is cut a...

Getting ready for a long business trip so my replies will be really slow.... One thing you should do...put all of your tail, ignition, and throttle wires in the fuse now. You can easily cover each side with them taped up in the fuse. Makes life a lot easier! Looking great!

In the wing.. :) You really want them there for balance. You can just put a switch and charge jack in one wing. I don't usually put hatches in mine. I use a small lipo for ignition with this: http://www.wrongwayrc.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=73_65&product_id=159 I also use...

Velco straps that wrap the tank will work. I use two straps that go through the fuse and wrap the fiji tank front and back. Here's a pic of the wing area I am describing.

One question, did you make a lap joint under the d-tube slice in the wing sheeting. I've never built a wing with an edge joint in the d-tube wing sheeting. Maybe others have?

Yeah, it mainly happens on the really long cuts on the ply sides...the longer the travel the more a minute travel calibration issue shows up. Built a couple with this and the front anti rotation pin is about all that's off that matters. He pin should be tight. For the amount yours looks off...

I have seen this before once when the CNC machine had a travel/calibration error. Easy enough to fix by using the inboard wing rib as a drill template. Just fill the hole with a scrap of balsa then re-drill the hole. If it's not too far off you can just redrill and add a little gorilla glue...

Just was directed to this post by one of the Bros on the profilebrotherhood site. I'll certainly help with any questions that I can. I may not respond very fast though due to my work schedule but I'll try as I can. Hazz
