    Less pitch for easier landings?

Get comfortable up high for how slow you plane will fly. Once you get it nailed down bring it down that slow when you line up for landing. usually when I come in for a landing I will do a slow pass way in front of the runway to slow it down. Then I make my slow turn to line up for approach. Keep...

    IMAC hobby getting expensive

I think this is a good subject and is going well. I fully agree this hobby can be as expensive as you want it. Get fully started under $1000.00 or even buy used to get you flying. Then the price goes up. Trailer 2-3k, flagship transmitter 2-3k. Motorhome to go to events pull out your wallet...

    IMAC hobby getting expensive

You couldn't be more wrong on sponsored pilots getting free radios and recievers. With the exception of maybe a very small select few there is still a cost involved. Granted a discount but depending on what you purchase there can still be some serious money involved for sponsored pilots. Then...

    IMAC hobby getting expensive

I guess it depends on what you think expensive is. I think you can start up in this hobby for $1000.00-$1500.00 from stratch. Figure a JR XG6 radio with 2 recievers for $200.00 and since it has Xbus you could fly a 40%er with it but not have a lot of programming options. Both Horizon and Tower...

    Share your Trailer Ideas Here

your 3.7L V6 should have enough power for a trailer that size. Those engines run very strong for the base engine. My buddy bought a 14 with the 3.5 ecoboost for towing and that thing is brute.

The plywood walls are standard. The brochure stated that it is undercoated and I assumed the floor was also. Looks like they undercoat the frame only before anything else is installed. So I need to get under there and protect the wood.

Well I finally got to pick up my new trailer. It was finished being built yesterday. It is a RC (ironic name) trailer. 6X14 single axle with 7' ceiling height. Extra tall doors so no more hitting my head. I bought cabinets today and will cut them in to fit. I am wishy washy on flooring but...

    matching brushless servos

I recently switched out some JR 8911 servos from my elevators and rudder on my IMAC plane for this year. I switched them out for JR MPH83T servos. The first thing I noticed is they are almost dead silent. You cannot even tell if they are binding. That brings up another issue with matching them...

Jr americas 2 free receiver program

If you update your XG11 that programming will include Xbus. I have been setting up a few planes on Xbus using my XG11 at first and now my 28X. programming is getting really fast and easy once you understand it.

    Lipo Rx Pack

I purchased a set of Thunder Power 5400mah 25c batteries this weekend. No flight test but garage test indicate less voltage drop. With ailerons and rudder only moving back and forth a pair of fully charged Pulse 2s 6C batteries drop .3V. Again not real world flying just stick banging in the...
