    A properly tuned low end needle will not allow for a good transition till you run it for 30 or so seconds.

    Today was spring yard work day so I had very little plans on finishing up my Trailer. But I did get 2 coats of poly on the cabinets, built my battery box and hooked up the radio.

    Got a lot done on the trailer today. Should have it done tomorrow. Final trim, plane restraints, back speaker wiring and poly on the cabinets. I did not want to drill a big hole in the side of the trailer for the 120vac plug so I came up with this under the trailer.

    Take a look at your servo monitor also. Just make sure there is not an issue with the radio. The monitor should pick up a bad pot.

    You sure the film in your screen is not from your fuel tank. I get stuff in my filter from the clunk rubbing the bottom of the tank. Gasoline isn't like diesel where you can get bacteria growth.

    A funny thing is my boss is a huge fan of seafoam for some odd reason and he has it installed in all our gas equipment at work including out Honda generators. Those are some of the hardest starting engines after they sit. I have one now and don't use seafoam in it now and it starts way easier now.

    Stay away from seafoam. Big waste of money and you really don't want anything between your fuel and oil. I have done testing with seafoam and it provided no benifits at all.     What is an expected motor temperature and too hot temperature?

    I assumed that you meant loosing rpm at wot. But loosing rpm at wot and you have an increase of rpm at idle usually indicates to lean. Either air leak or posible tuning issue.

    Something is not right with those posted temps. 300F is warm but far from overheating on an air cooled 2 stroke.
