I will say this kit is stupid easy to build. The guys at DJ Aerotech have put some time into their designs and it pays off. Everything fits great and they have a great build manual to follow. Also let’s throw in there the excellent customer support. My kit was missing the precut trailing edge...

Thanks I will keep the updates coming. Crazy when you go to the drawing properties page in AutoCAD and see how many hours have been worked on a certain model.

Project I’m working on for a buddy. Loosely based around the Flite Test simple scout but scaled up. Will be 56” span and hopeful weight of 50-55 ounces. If it’s lighter that will be great. Will be powered by a 220mah 3-4S setup so like a G15 sized Electric outrunner. Will have flaps and ailerons...

    AutoCAD Tips and Tricks

Thanks terry I will look into that. Never knew existed. Still learning this whole CAD thing but I’m getting pretty good at. Or at least at draining profiles. Have some ideas I want to draw up for a 35cc full fuse plane but haven’t quite gotten my mind around how to draw in 3D yet.

Working on a design for a 35” Electric profile. Gonna keep secret what exactly it is until I have more to show in the plans but these are the wing spars for it. Ribs will key right into those notches. Lines are all straight as well. That’s just the way the pic came out that some look wavy.
