3D to iBEc or not to iBEc that is my question

2 x 2s2600 mah li-po batts on my 50cc birds. I use about 350-400 mah per 10 minute flight. I can safely fly about 6-8 flights on this setup before charging them back up.

SOLD! SOLD! DA-35, barely used $375 shipped

I do have a muffler, would sort of prefer to keep it, but I could include it. I bought a jtec pitts from DA when I bought the motor. The muffler was 79.99, would include it for an additional 50 I suppose.

    EME 35

wow... da-35's will spin a falcon 20x9 carbon to 7800 rpm pretty easily. Quite a difference in power!

    JR XG11 Programming

I'm trying to do this from memory... so bear with me a bit here :) 1) You cannot delete the model you are on. So select the new model you created, and press the top "E" button to get to the main screen. Now go back to the model select, and you can go to the model copy/erase . Select Erase at...

SOLD! SOLD! DA-35, barely used $375 shipped

Sold! I've got a DA-35 that I suppose I should sell, it was mounted in an EF 83" MXS that died when my transmitter rebooted in mid-flight. The plane hit on the wing and stab, didn't break a prop or anything. Motor wasn't damaged at all. The motor only had about 20 flights on it, was just...

    EF Edge 30CC??

Chris Hinson posted on Facebook that the Edges were released in Europe first because it just didn't make sense to have two new releases at the same time, and the new 74" Laser and 74" Edge were coming at the same time. So the first batch of Edges went to Europe, while the first batch of Lasers...

    Radio lockout

+1. I'm a firm believer in the keep it simple method. Less stuff to go wrong, less stuff to troubleshoot.

    EME70 Twin

So almost a month since the last reply here... I've got a 3dhs 91" Yak 55 coming and thinking very hard about a twin. I hate all the vibes from a single cylinder motor, and the ever loosening mufflers. So this EME has my eye. Have heard from a few that a dle-55 leaves the plane tailheavy, so the...

    Which Radio System Is Best?

jamesrxx951, are you using the JR sensors for your telemetry? Have you seen the Unisens-e device? It's a little german made thing that will give you current draw, amps, watts, volts, altitude, vario (for gliders), and even brushless RPM if you want. Pretty nifty device. All for about 75-80...

    Help moving an airplane

unless they lose it. Then you are pretty much out of luck, their insurance is horrible and covers less than 500 bucks if you do manage to make a claim. Or at least it used to, been a while since I have had to deal with them. Few years back you couldn't track a package either, so you had no idea...

    Help moving an airplane

Not the trailer, in the cab! Though what you are shipping may be a bit big for that...I had a buddy do a few 50cc planes in the cab with him before.

    JR DMSS Temp Sensor

Is there a way to setup alarming if the temp goes above a certain amount? I have an XG11 and haven't played with telemetry much yet, but I know the XG11 can alarm on temperature. Maybe just set a threshold to trigger an alarm, and then at least you know you got above a certain temp. Better than...

Your Opinion-This is not a "Which radio is best" thread!!!

I have no idea on the latencies of the various radios. I have flown with an old Aurora 9, which was notoriously bad on latency, and I could definitely feel a difference with it. The XG11 that I have feels just as good as the DX9, 9503, 9303 that I have flown with in latency terms. The hardware...
