    Made a simple deflection meter (in MM) from a t-pin and scrap light ply and got my EDF jet all dialed in where I want it and got both elevator halves traveling equally up and down.     Ah I see. I used the same "Ultra Grey" that I did my exhaust header with and glued the bottoms of the cuffs to the underside of the gear. The cuffs simply fit up against the fuse and come right off with the gear. Now getting the cuffs off the gear is another story but if I had to I think it...

    Got busy with my drum sander and modified the cowl opening for the 72. Where my finger is pointing is where the original cut out stopped. I like that the spinner back plate is setting further back too :). Hope to get a flight report soon but a lot of interference in my schedule at the moment...

    It's ready for its first start and run :brian-banana:. Will need to trim the cylinder opening on the cowl just a wee bit since the DJ72's cylinder is about 5mm taller than the DL50 and the cylinder also sets back about 3/8" over the DL50. Nothing that my trusty Dremmel drum sander can't handle...
