    DA-70

There are lots of good airframes for the DA-70. I was going to do something with one then decided to go 120 and buy a Viper. I considered the EF MXS and Extra, the PAU Extra, the Aeroworks Freestyle Extra, and the AJ Laser. I don't think you could go wrong with any of those choices. I was...

    That perfect plane...

I had a bunch of the Morris Hobbies planes. My favorite was the Pinwheel twin. It was lots of fun, with twin MVVS slimers. I always wanted a Big Boy but I never got around to building one.

    DA 200 w/29-12N RPM

Way too many. You would need a bigger prop.

New Video Joe Smith Wingnuts 2015!

I think that was some kind of forward crankshaft. I have no idea how the plane held together. Bravo Rocco

    PAU Owners Thread

I love the scheme on the new extra and on the 35% 540T. That Edge would have probably been my next plane if I hadn't just ordered a Viper. It was a very hard decision between those 3 (Extra, Edge, Viper). Hey Herve, is that next container on the water yet? The one with the 35cc airframes...

    Which smoke pump

I've done smoke on a half dozen different planes, or more. There is certainly some clean up but if the system is setup right I've never found it to be too bad. I'll be doing smoke on my Viper. I'm leaning towards the Powerbox pump but I've had good luck with the Harris in the past.

    Brand New PAU........Viper-ST Announced!!!!!!!!

@dhal22 No, no they weren't. I debated servo options on this project. The 380s get such good reviews I decided I needed to try them.

    Brand New PAU........Viper-ST Announced!!!!!!!!

So I put my order in with Herve a few days ago for a green Viper, a bunch of MKS HBL-380s, and a DA-120. I sure wish that slow boat from China would hurry up!

    Which smoke pump

Hello everyone, Awhile back there was a contest for a new Holy Smokes Smoke pump. Has anyone run one of these yet? I need a smoke pump for a DA-120. I'm looking at all the options. The Don Harris, Powerbox, Sullivan, and Secraft all look good. I have run older versions of the Harris and...

    That perfect plane...

In another thread someone was raving about his new PAU Edge. It got me thinking about those "perfect planes" I've had over the years. I don't mean a plane that flew perfectly, but one that you were so excited about that you had to go fly it every chance you got. I'm thinking of those planes...

    VVRC 40cc Twin

A 22x8 was definitely too much prop. I was tempted to cut down the 22x8 to a 21x8 or a 20.5 x 8 but I decided just to stick to my 20x9. Spool time is good and performance is good too, I just wish it gave slightly lower airspeed and slightly better pull.

    VVRC 40cc Twin

I'm running a falcon 20x9 on mine. I see 6950 on the ground, but in-flight telemetry is showing a max of about 8400. I'm not thrilled with the 20x9 though. I'd like something a bit slower, but Falcon doesn't have a 21x8 which I think would be perfect. I tried a 22x8 but it was too much prop.

The I'm NOT going out flying thread.

Hey if you fill some holes, level a few hills, and cut down a few trees most golf courses would make excellent flying fields!

3D How to "build it light"

I've often wondered if we will ever get to the point where we use alternators instead of carrying batteries.
