    The strut attachment points on the big Pitts is just inside the leading and trailing spars. Other 2 pics show lining up the aileron ribs and use of a paperweight collecting dust for 20 years. Don't need for quite a while, but do you have any pics of how the struts are attached to the wing?

    Ace - Not 100% decided, but maybe red Solartex or 21st Century with clear coat finish. Suggestions welcome. Thinking of fiberglass panels for the forward fuse. Where do you get yours.

    Something I've noticed about the plans and the ply cut out parts is that the pieces, when overlayed on the plans, are slightly longer.     Ace, I should never doubt your experience. As I stand corrected, the dihedral, or angle the tube exits the wing is close to 3 degrees as best I could measure using primitive skills. So the angle the tube leaves the wing (3 degrees) is less than the 8 degrees the end root rib is angled. Jaketab
