just touching base, I am still preparing the wing for sheeting, , and while the glue dries on some parts, I am starting to make test stand for better testing the alternator/starter system, stay tuned

now is slow time with gluing ,LOL , finished the boost tab, with hinges , and installed, control rod, and mini servo also. while glue sets, I have done some calculations for the alternator/starter and it should work, waiting for a bigger/stronger brushless motor, but did this diagram, looks good

Well back to gluing parts, since I'm on the second wing. I hope to have this wing done like the first one by the end of February, if not , no big deal, but its coming along. Sooooo while the glue sets , and I have pretty well concluded the onboard alternator, (sort of), here is my plan of course...

I will post pictures, but as I said, still in the early stage, but at least I know it works, no secrets either, I'm using a small Brushless motor that use to drive a small propeller. As you know brush-less motors used as an alternator is exactly that , it alternates the voltage , which is AC...

I realize I'm not very consistent in posting, sorry about that I just don't like to post things that could very well be boring , anyway, lately will glue sets and such, I have been working to develop an alternator to charge onboard batteries, and I have succeeded, still a long way from using it...
